POOL VACUUMS & CLEANERS

Cleaning your pool is essential in clearing out any unwanted bacteria and leaf debris. To make the job easy for you, we stock labour-saving, hassle-free pool-cleaning solutions that will suit your pool or spa.

Simply connect the pool-cleaner hose to your pool’s filtration ports. With the pool pump running, suction is created at the cleaning head which, ingeniously moves around the pool vacuuming dirt and debris. The resulting collection of contaminants is carried through the hose by suction. The debris is then captured by the pump strainer basket and filter and prevented from re-entering your pool.

POOL PUMPS

A pool pump is the heart of your pool's circulation system. It helps create the right flow of water for chemicals to be distributed and sanitise the pool. Our pool shop supplies a range of Pentair filtration and specialty pumps that have been designed to work quietly and are easy to maintain. We also stock spa blowers for warm, swirling water with bubbles for the ultimate relaxing and therapeutic experience.

CHLORINATORS

To help keep your saltwater pool sanitised and balanced, we stock a wide range of chlorinators from Pentair.

The FreeFlo salt chlorinator uses electrolytic chlorine generation to produce chlorine for your pool from common table salt. It also comes with a pH solenoid dosing system to help balance and sanitise the levels in the water.

FILTERS

As well as having an effective pool cleaner or vacuum to clear out dirt, leaves, grass, hair, bacteria and other contaminants, your pool should also be fitted with a high-quality filtration system. Our pool shop stocks 2 different types of filter— cartridge and sand.

The cartridge filters we supply from Pentair have been designed with special elements to help strip contaminants from pool water effectively. They are also simple to clean with an easy-to-open top that allows you to remove and wash out the filter.

One of the most popular ways to filter pool water is through a sand filter. Not only are they simple and efficient, they also need very little maintenance. After a long period of time, dirt will accumulate in between the sand particles and will cause the pressure vessel the water comes through, to rise. To clear the dirt out, all you will have to do is reverse the water flow and backwash the filter. We use Zelbrite instead of sand which improves efficiency.
